1. Age & Qualification Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from The Collective Crew. By agreeing to these terms, you verify that you understand the risks, handling requirements, and regulatory implications associated with biological research compounds.
2. Payment & Liability
All payments are processed via manual bank transfer to our verified Revolut account. Goods will not be dispatched until funds are fully cleared. The Collective Crew assumes no liability for the misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of any compounds once delivered.
3. Indemnification
The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Collective Crew, its founders, and affiliates from any claims, expenses, losses, or liabilities arising from the use, handling, or disposal of the purchased research compounds.
4. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. If we suspect that products are being purchased for unauthorized human use, the order will be immediately cancelled, funds refunded, and the account permanently banned.
