We value the absolute privacy of our research clients. Your personal data, order history, and contact information will never be sold, rented, or traded to third-party marketers, data brokers, or external agencies.
3. Communication & WhatsApp
By opting into our "Order With Support" pathway, you agree to transition communication to WhatsApp. While WhatsApp utilizes end-to-end encryption, it is a third-party application. The Collective Crew is not responsible for Meta's distinct privacy policies regarding app usage.
4. Security Infrastructure
Our infrastructure routes all traffic through secure SSL encryption. Administrative access to our database is strictly localized and protected by robust authentication protocols to ensure your research procurement remains completely confidential.
5. Document Uploads (Receipts)
Bank transfer receipts uploaded to verify payments are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of matching your payment to your order. These images are purged from active viewing once the order is marked as "Delivered."
