Refund & Return Policy

1. Quality Guarantee & Contamination Risks

Due to the sensitive nature of biological research formulations and the strict storage requirements of peptides, we do not accept returns on any opened or reconstituted products. Once a vial seal is broken or the product has left our chain of custody, we can no longer guarantee its sterility or purity for other researchers.

2. Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We will issue a full refund or send an immediate replacement under the following circumstances:

• The wrong item was shipped to you.
• The vial arrived damaged, cracked, or compromised.
• Your parcel was officially declared lost in transit by the courier.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are marked as "SHIPPED". Because we utilize express dispatch to maintain compound stability, please contact support via WhatsApp immediately if you need to cancel an order. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Payment Verification

Since we operate via manual bank transfers, refunds will be routed back to the original Revolut or domestic bank account used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for bank processing once a refund is initiated by our administration team.
